Virtual call routing services with salesforce.com CRM integration
Callfinity's vForce division provides native Force.com applications for enterprises and businesses using the Salesforce.com platform. Customers using salesforce.com can now leverage Callfinity's cloud-based telecommunication's infrastructure to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and increase utilization of their salesforce.com CRM implementation.
Today, users of the salesforce.com CRM application for sales can use existing tools to type in call activity to a web browser or using a smartphone. However, adoption is often a challenge because sales staff must manually make these updates. Callfinity's vForce products, shown below, are designed to automate these updates by actually routing telephone calls to and from salesforce.com users. And, yes, all of this is possible without changing phones, phone systems, or phone service.
All vForce applications can automatically log, and even record, telephone calls within salesforce.com.

VirtualCallTM allows salesforce.com customers to assign virtual telephone numbers to their sales representatives or other employees. Calls to and from a virtual number are routed through Callfinity, where each user's contact preferences are stored, and call details are automatically associated with the correct record in salesforce.com's system.
