About Callfinity
Callfinity provides the easiest-to-use intelligent telecommunications applications for contact centers, service providers, and enterprises. Since 1999, over 300 customers in seven countries around the world have selected Callfinity's on-premise systems, hosted services, and HybridHosted solutions.
For example, Callfinity's ContextIP product suite is used to queue, distribute, and record calls, emails, live chat, voicemails, faxes, and other interactions to contact center agents. Similarly, the Apex and CR2 products provide the easiest-to-use audio conferencing platform for conferencing service providers and large enterprises, including the most popular and widely deployed conference recording and replay platform in the world. Callfinity also develops and sells cloud-based telecommunication services through it's vForce division that are designed specifically for hosted CRM customers on the salesforce.com platform. Finally, Callfinity's products are available for embedded use within the networks of existing telecommunications service providers such as ILECs, CLECs, and the equipment manufacturers that sell in those markets.
